Program in Medical Management
This evening program (jointly sponsored
by the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine
and School of Medicine) is designed to assist mid-career physicians and
other experienced health services professionals in developing basic knowledge
and
practice-oriented skills in health services management applicable to their
everyday work situations. It is comprised of four three-credit courses,
each of which focuses on distinct and important aspects of medical management.
Extended
Degree Program - partial distance learning MPH degree
The Extended MPH
Degree Program is a partial distance learning, partial on-site program
for professionals in or connected to public health. The curricula concentration
is in health services management. As defined by the Program, health services
includes environmental, educational, and personal health approaches to
the solution of public health problems. Additional pathways in health education
and maternal and child health are also available.

Northwest Center for
Public Health Practice
The Northwest Center for Public Health Practice is dedicated to providing
a link between public health practitioners and academia.
